The owners depend on their guide dog to help the him or her. Guide dogs usually assist blind or visually impaired people. So when you see a guide dog without it’s owner, you can tell that because the guide dog is not next to the owner, the owner could possibly be in danger because the guide dog is not there.

Because you know someone might be in danger. Guide dogs are really important for their owners, its a job. They're not just pets for them but also someone they depend on and someone they trust.
