One thing that i would make free in the world is water. I chose this because literally everyone needs water to live. There are many homeless people around the world that are probably dying of dehydration. Now this would affect the world, and change the way we envision the world that we live in. What would happen is that many people would not have clean water and that would be harmful to their health because there could be diseases or unfiltered water with different substances in that water. Hospital rates would go down. People in Africa who are starving without water will be helped. Homeless people will be helped. And all for FREE!!

in real life countries impose taxes, quotas, etc which is not so good for the economies.

this kind of commercial war between the usa and china is slowing down the growth of the whole world so we can say that it is a draw back of trade regulations. and the free trade agreements are benefits of trade regulations.
