I have analyzed the data of our Country's recent census, according to the census the youth population in our country is about 64 percent out of which 52 percent are females, very unfortunately in our country most of the families does not encourage female education and most are asked to stay home after their 10th or 12th grade. It is the basic right of a human to get educated even Islam allows education for women, the mindset of the people needs to be changed because the women secure more marks in a exam than men, which clearly says that women are more intelligent.

The seats available in a professional education is very limited and mostly male students are forced to change their field and get an education where the seats are not limited or the grades are not important because of their low grades in the 12th standard.
