Work out daily. Your body is best able to fight stress when it's equipped.

Eat well balanced, healthy meals.

Know how to handle your time more effectively.

Properly set limitations and learn to say no to demands that will create unnecessary tension in your life.

Create room for relaxation, interests, desires, etc.

Take enough rest and get adequate food. The body takes time to heal from stressful circumstances.
