Can someone help - just a quick question but i told one of my teachers that I trusted that I was sad , and he went and told safeguarding and I don’t see how that’s a safeguarding issue?

Does anyone know why he would tell?

the school safeguarding helps you with your problems if someone bullies you for example or someone you want to talk about . they basically secure that you are okay

Your school can safeguard children by: ... ensuring that adults who work in the school, including volunteers, don't pose a risk to children. making sure staff are trained, know how to respond to concerns and keep-up-to-date with policy and practice. teaching children and young people about staying safe.

it depends on which society you are referring to. many civilization performed rituals so the gods would with their growing season but the most well known is that of the aztecs. they would make sacrifices, usually animals, but sometimes humans as well.
