Globalization has both good and bad aspects. It is good because it has the potential to make this world grow closer and happier by providing opportunities to solve the problems of the less privileged and struggling population in the developing countries. It is to reduce the expenses and increase the profit by measures like free trade - reducing Tariffs and value added taxes. This will in return improve Global economic growth, create jobs, and introduce a healthy competition between the rival companies thus improve product/service quality and lower the prices for the consumers.

It will also be able to develop harmony and friendly atmosphere of support and cooperation between countries; socially and culturally we will become more open and closer to each other thus encourage peace across the globe. But this is too good to be true and only the brighter side.

Unfortunately Globalization also have its vices as well. Those with  economic supremacy will always have the upper hand and a way to mold and used the resources and opportunities in the way to benefit them. It is feared that globalization will only make the rich more richer on the expense of make the poor even more poorer. The multinational companies will easily takeover the smaller companies. It will lead to problems like Labor exploitation, and risk of human trafficking will increase multi-fold.
