When the chips are down at work -- the deadlines jamming up like bumper cars and the inbox screaming for attention, more fires to put out than all the fire extinguishers on the Eastern Seaboard can handle, there's one thing that gets me through. I believe my work has meaning. Using the concepts and ideas in the readings that have been assigned up to this point in the course, plus your own experiences, describe what you believe is necessary for "meaningful work". Can a person's work be meaningful and yet the person either not know it or be unhappy doing the work
