In a situation where by suspected explosive is discovered, the following procedures should be followed:

1. Stay away from suspected explosive device or bomb.

2. Avoid using of a portable phone or handheld radio/walkie talkie in the area.

3. Move away from the area by following standard fire drill procedures and seal off the area to prevent any unauthorized entry.

4. Make calls to local security and the local police, or better still, ensure that a trained explosive demolition team to examine and dispose of the explosive device/bomb.

5. Inform the appropriate authority that an explosive device/bomb has been found and its location.
