1. What is each person’s role in the group? What do they do? What do other people expect from them? 2. Who in your opinion contributes most to the group's work? 3. As long as you communicate within your group role, communication is relatively easy because you are doing what you are used to doing, and you are acting as expected. To communicate out of your group role is to try something new that goes against group expectations. Roles tend to limit people's behaviours. What ideas and feelings do you think each person in the case study might have difficulty expressing?
