In reference to Case 2 "Surrogate verses Father": Should the father have any rights to the child in this case? In other words, when determining the custody of a child, should "who" gestates it carry more weight than genetic links to it (that is, to where the sperm and egg came from)? Do you agree or disagree with the Florida law in this scenario? Why or why not?
