Unfavorable oceanic conditions can impact human behavior as many livelihood of communities  are based on the seas or ocean.when the conditions are not good, this may provoke the community to outsource or move to a better place where they can get  stable livelihood. Basically, this way is the start of changing another life for human in terms of environment
