Explanation: usually called instrumental conditioning. In this type of conditioning, humans as well as animals behaves in d right or good way so as to get reward and avoid the consequences of not performing that particular thing or action otherwise known as consequences.

It can also be explained as the consequences of a behavior or attitude being reinforced. Operant conditioning in all simply means when a behavior is constantly being reinforced deliberately, the behavior expression will become more common.
