Explanation: in every group, it is good to air your opinions ( views) about the group so that the group can know where they are failing, what is to be done, how it is to be done and when it is to be done. Bottling everything in your mind concerning the group process is not right. As a member of the group, you are committed to everything the group stands for and when something is wrong or need to be done. You say it. If everyone keeps quiet, the group will not progress. A group consist of people who share ideas, visions and airing your opinions will make the group move forward.
