When the human body is subjected to some movements then it gives rise to the usage of energy. This refers to physical activity. Any movement of body that makes use of energy in the body refers to physical activity. Some of the examples of PA include walking, climbing stairs, etc.

It should not be too intense or vigorous. It must be gentle. There are lot of benefits associated with the PA. The physical activity helps in positive well being of people. It also decreases the psychological distress of a person.
