Therefore,personal factors are very much important in order to manage people effectively. Human behavior is the wide array of behaviors depicted and manifested by the humans in different situations under different circumstances, which are affected by many factors such as, moods, emotions, attitudes, personality, motivation, culture and genetics etc. These characters, definitely, are different in different humans; consequently, human behavior differs and varies on individual basis.
