Brianna is in a job interview and she is trying to exude confidence. She feels nervous inside and begins to sweat. She uses hand motions and facial gestures in an attempt to show the interviewer she is confident. Despite her attempt, the interviewer sees her as being too aggressive. He feels like he's encountered people like her before. This may be because he is not good at communicating nonverbally or interpreting it. This misinterpretation may cause him not to hire a well-qualified candidate.
