Personal hygiene care is essential as it prevents microbes and other living things, such as worms, from entering our bodies and causing us diseases, and this is directly connected to the way we live in community and how we live, as hygiene habits are taught both by family members and by the way we live in community. The way we cope will direct the way we take care of our personal hygiene.
