"Force-Couple" is a bond between force and couple, it is the action of muscles or muscle groups moving jointly to generate movement around a joint in a synergistic manner. The  movement is created by a single muscle pulling on a bone especially when people talk about movement and muscle.

For an instance in order to turn a steering wheel, the forces put in by two hands are considered as a couple. At points on opposite sides of the shaft, each hand holds the wheel. When applying a force equal in magnitude, the wheel rotates in the opposite direction.
