2. now develop a plan of action to address the issue. include in your plan of action at least
two of the forms of civic participation you learned about.

Problems in my community are overpopulation, terrorist attacks and low employment rate.

One of these problems that needed to be taken care of by the government and the people is the overpopulation. Overpopulation is the cause and root of poverty, low employment rate and other serious problems. If only this could be controlled and prevented, then other problems connected to it will not be occuring. When there is a large population, everyone will be struggling to find employment after they graduated from high school or college. Not everyone will be given a chance to work because of numbers of competitors. The competition will be very high. Overpopulation can also cause poverty, since many citizens will get a hold of the resources, not everybody will be given the chance to enjoy it or use it. Terrorist attacks will also happen since they would also be interested for the goods and resources available. Everybody will fight.

My plan of action will be to reduce overpopulation or diminishing it by implementing family planning. Family planning is a step or procedure that can be done to know when will be the best time for a couple to form a family. If a couple is not yet financially stable or they cannot be responsible for their children yet, then they should plan having kids later. Family planning also includes health codes that could be useful to prevent health complications that can cause if a woman gives birth frequently or uses her body to have too many children. Another plan of action, is to limit the number of children in the family. This could be a personal choice. Family with low numbers of children are more progressive because of small number of people who will share on their foods and other resources.
