The work that should be humanizing under capitalism is its opposite, because in the form of commodity it is: alienating - because the worker is unaware of the production process itself and the value it adds to the product, besides not identifying with the products of its job; explorer - due to the production objectives of the surplus value linked to the capital accumulation process; humiliating - because it negatively affects self-esteem; monotonous - by its organization and the content of the task.

Although I agree with Marx's theory, the fact that we live in a capitalist society, which imposes labor on us as a survival form, is difficult to put into practice precisely because it seems to be an utopia.
