It is also in poor taste to critizize the way a person's voice sounds, and if someone is going to critizice the way a person's voice sounds, they should provid constructive feedback. For example, " When you got nervous towards the end of the speech, you started to stammer, which made it difficult for the audience to understand you and made your voice sound different." which would be better than saying "The way your voice sounds has always bugged me."

Overall, this critique lacks a sense of professionalism and clarity which makes it difficult to believe and understand.
