When joe kerr began working at his local bakery, he felt there was a need for the workers to sit down with management and talk about some of the problems facing the workers at their job. joe found out there was a union representing the bakery workers, but that management didn’t take them seriously, and refused to sit down with the union and negotiate. after some research joe found out that under the workers had the right to expect management to negotiate with them.
