A person's right when executing freedom of speech : 
- That person has the right to voice their opinion and point of view regarding the conflict

A person responsibility when executing freedom of speech :
- Restraint him/herself from the resort of violence
- Freedom of speech does not justify using offensive words to his/her speaking partner
