How did the french and indian war affect the georgia's colony

In my 7th grade year, we learned that after the war, Georgia prospered. I don’t know how, but Georgia became a better state after the war. But the French and Indian war had some bad affects on Georgia’s colony. Many people died, which caused its economy to slowly come up.
