Explanation: Likert scale is defined as the measuring scale which has the difference in five points used for surveying the people like children in classroom, customers at shop etc. This scale measure the response which can be positive (like strongly agree), negative or negative( like strongly disagree).

The Likert scale has five defined points as strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree for knowing the agreement as response. Similarly the points in satisfactory scale is from very satisfied to very unsatisfied for knowing the views about customer service etc.
