Why do you think the declaration of independence outlines a political philosophy l

answer: i think it outlines a political philosophy because it is the idea of not being restricted by the government, but in today's world, some people actually want that. if you look through history, many of the founding fathers were admired by people like john locke or other free thinkers of inalienable rights.   i will put some excerpts of the declaration down below.

"when in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
