Explanation:  We all have actions and attitudes that we may not even be aware of, but in any case they cause a sense of discomfort. According to this theory, there is a possibility in all of us that we can maintain all our thoughts, attitudes and behaviors in line or harmony, thus avoiding disharmony or dissonance. By seeing and achieving the harmony of our thoughts and attitudes, we make them, our thoughts and attitudes, consistent, thus eliminating discord or dissonance. Simply, whenever we feel a disharmony, we need to listen and see ourselves from within and achieve the consistency of our thoughts and attitudes and the dissonance will cease.
