Many migration movements are often forces that operate for good when goverments and policies are encouraged with good will and the process become fueled by institutions, given recognition to the migrants rights.

However the forces driving migrants often are wars, economic or natural disasters, thus it is a challenge to the states who strive and mass migration movements generate waves of people that lack the conditions for settling and often lead to social chaos , xenophobic movements and rise of the extreme right parties and policies.
