Benjamin is a co-worker of yours. you started working for the same organisation at about the same time and you have always
been impressed by his performance. he is friendly and gets along well with everybody
however, recently, things appear to have changed. he is late for work most mornings and although he tends to have an
excuse related to his family, often you suspect he is recovering from the effects of alcohol the night before. he puts in good
days work, and even with the extra time his work has declined.
after he is reprimanded by his supervisor about a report he turned in late, he is very upset.
question 1
which of the following ways would be best to approach him about what is going on?
choose one
suggest you go and have an alcoholic drink together after work, since that might be a more comfortable setting for
him and also loosen him up to talk
co to his home in the evening, as you have been there before and know where he lives.
suggest you have a cup of tea or coffee together on your afternoon break
it shouldn't be youyou would talk to your boss and suggest benjamin may have a mental health problem

Regardless of the breadth of the definition attached to the term law, there is an essential truth to the fact that at the core of the nation's expansive legal system lays a body of enforceable written rules meant to maintain order, define the outer limits of our interactions with one another and with our governments, and delineate legal rights and responsibilities. these rules derive from several sources, which collectively are called primary sources of law. there are also secondary sources of law, which are not laws in the technical sense for this assignment, identify and discuss the four types of primary sources of law. in your response, be sure to define each one. discuss what types of laws are derived from each source. identify the source of authority for each one. lastly, provide an example of a law from each source.
