Vicious or antagonistic behavior within home by their rude partner or any other person is called Domestic violence.

This Bill protected the rights of the sufferers of Domestic violence to lead a violence free life. Every individual has the right to live safe and this bill of safeguards the victims.

The principles of fairness, safety, independence, honesty are guaranteed to women who are the major victims of domestic violence according to International Bill of human rights.
