I am writing to you to define the possibilities of data storage for what is produced in the newspaper. First of all I would need to know what types of documents you are going to store: images, text documents, infographics or others as it is very important to take into account the weight of the file to determine the best way to store it.

If you want to save your files in a hardware, the best option is the flash memory unit since it is a modern device of varied capacity. In this device of small size you are allowed to store large amounts of data, also allowing the reading and writing of multiple memory locations in the same operation.

But if you want to see the files before the publications, the cloud offers storage alternatives which, for little money, you can expand to your size. But you must consider that you will always need good internet connection. With this option you save the cost in hardware and technical support and you have the material always online, even if they are large files. But it is necessary that you make a periodic backup of the material to preserve it.
