What risks might an organization encounter when expressing their religious values in the workplace?

If an organization would express religious values in the workplace they might encounter risk that something could easily lead to a litigation. Though organizations have rights to limit religious expression, it doesn’t mean the organization should convince or perceive others. Employers can make legal risks and vulnerabilities too.
