OK, so the equation linking current, charge and time is Current = charge/time. So if we substitute the figures for the first question, it is 0.005A = 2.00C/t (remember to convert all to SI units). Rearrange and we get: 

t=2.00C/0.005A= 400 seconds 
For the second question, we need to first convert the electrons to coulombs. So (1 electron is 1.609*10^-19 C), so 3.75x10^14 electrons is 0.0000603375 C. So now we apply the numbers to formula above. 

Time = 0.0000603375 C /60.0A = 0.000001005625 seconds. 

Ithink they do have the same properties just in less quantities i think
