♥i think that the answer is either d or a. this is because it is a rather common cause for floods and can easily cause  flooding; it is an underlying reason . on the other hand it could be a as it caused by global warming. furthermore, global warming is a gradually increasing world problem. i hope this has narrowed down your choices. also, it is certainly not b, as a large area will never flood easily as it has a large surface area for water spread.♥
