A uniformly charged thin ring has radius 13cm and total charge 24.0 pC. An electron is placed on the rings acis a distance 26.0cm from the center of the ring and is constrained to stay on the acis of the ring. The electron is then released from rest. What is the initial electric potential of the electron at the moment of release? What is the electric potential energy of the lectron at the center of the ring?
