When you click the tool menu , along with a stopwatch and rulers, you will see two tools you may not have used before. Clicking the dot tool will bring up a marker like this: . You can drag the marker to mark a position such as the starting point of the puck. The 2 on the tool means that you can place up to 2 markers. This can be useful for marking the starting and ending points for the puck.
Clicking line tool will bring up a horizontal line you can drag into place. This can be useful for measuring changes in height since the puck moves horizontally and vertically.
4.
Without collecting any data, describe the motion of the puck while it is on the curved portion of the ramp. Assume we can ignore friction. Be sure to include words like "velocity" and "acceleration".

An astronaut in space cannot use a scale or balance to weigh objects because there is no gravity. but she does have devices to measure distance and time accurately. she knows her own mass is 77.4 kg , but she is unsure of the mass of a large gas canister in the airless rocket. when this canister is approaching her at 3.50 m/s , she pushes against it, which slows it down to 1.30 m/s (but does not reverse it) and gives her a speed of 2.60 m/s . what is the mass of the canister?
