la dueña de un supermercado está preocupada porque varias botellas de aceite de oliva contienen unos grumos en el fondo. Sabiendo que el aceite oleico es el principal componente del aceite y su punto de fusión es 13ºC, ¿que le ha pasado al aceite? ¿Hay que retirarlo del mercado?
