What is the difference between scientist and engineer?

There are many differences between the careers of scientist and engineer. Second, an engineer is usually more on the physical aspect of matter while a scientist is more on the functionality and concepts aspect of the matter. Lastly, scientists typically get funded to conduct research, prove theories, and carry out studies, while engineers have to consider more financial effects in their line of work.
