The rear wheels of a tractor are very wide. Why?​

The rear wheels are made bigger to provide more surface area to which the wheel can come into contact and it can give more friction, in case the vehicle getting stuck in muddy road. Thus, it makes possible to drive the Tractor in any road.

The rear wheels of a tractor are very wide so that the weight of the tractor spread over the greatest surface area possible ,so it doesnot sink into the soil.
