Why does a glass baking pan bake the
brownies in a shorter time than the metal
baking pan?
A. Both pans "get hot" and transfer heat by
conduction into the brownies, but the glass
pan also allows heat waves to pass through it.
B. Because heat can radiate through the glass
baking pan but not the metal one.
Both A and B are correct
