1. A small block, with a mass of 0.05 kg compresses a spring with spring constant 350 N/m a distance of 4 cm. It is released from rest, then slides around the loop and up the incline
before momentarily comes to rest at point A. The radius of the loop is 0.1 m.
a. Find the elastic potential energy of the block at point D.
b. Find the velocity of the block at point C.
Find the velocity of the block at the top of the loop at point B.
d. What is the height of point A?

Point charges q1=+2.00μc and q2=−2.00μc are placed at adjacent corners of a square for which the length of each side is 1.50 cm . point a is at the center of the square, and point b is at the empty corner closest to q2. take the electric potential to be zero at a distance far from both charges. part a what is the electric potential at point a due to q1 and q2? express your answer with the appropriate units.

Apoint charge +q is at the origin. a spherical gaussian surface centered at the origin encloses +q. so does a cubical surface centered at the origin and with edges parallel to the axes. select "true" or "false" for each statement below. the electric flux through the spherical surface is greater than that through the cubical surface. suppose (for this statement only), that q is moved from the origin but is still within both the surfaces. the flux through both surfaces remains unchanged. the area vector and the e-field vector point in the same direction for all points on the spherical surface. the e-field at all points on the spherical surface is equal due to spherical symmetry. the flux through the spherical gaussian surface is independent of its radius.
