A wire of 80 cm long is bent into a square loop. The wire carries a current of 2.0 A. Then, the loop is immersed in a uniform external magnetic field of magnitude 0.4 T, directed orthogonal to the loop. Determine the magnitude of the magnetic force on each side of the loop due to the uniform external magnetic field. Then, if the plane of the loop is rotated to be parallel to the direction of the uniform external magnetic field, determine the magnitude of the torque on the loop.
