HELP PLEASE!
Part A
Place the ball in the plastic bag, and twist the top so the ball is secure in the bag. Wrap the
twisted portion with tape so it stays tight. Use the hole punch or scissors to poke a hole in
the part of the bag that's above the ball. Slip an end of the string through the hole, and tie a
knot. This is your pendulum. Hold the loose end of the string still with one hand. With the
other hand, raise the ball in an arc so that it's almost level with the hand holding the string.
With the string taut, let the ball go. What do you observe?

Agas contained within a piston-cylinder assembly undergoes three processes in series: process 12: compression with pv= constant from 1 bar and 1 liter to 4 bar. process 23: constant pressure expansion to 1 liter. process 31: constant volume calculate the pressure and volume at each state, and sketch the processes on a p-vdiagram labeled with pressure and volume values at each numbered stat

Carbon is allowed to diffuse through a steel plate 15 mm thick. the concentrations of carbon at the two faces are 0.65 and 0.30 kg c/m^3 fe, which are maintained constant. if the preexponential and activation energy are 6.2 x 10-7 m2 /s and 80,000 j/mol, respectively, compute the temperature at which the diffusion flux is 1.43 x 10^-9 kg/m^2 -s.
