An object is attached to a spring and oscillates in SHM. Given the time taken for object to reach maximum height from the equilibrium position is 0.25s. (a) Write an expression of x in terms of t.

I’ve already find the amplitude, but to write the expression I need to find angular velocity and i’m a little bit confuse as it the figure didn’t give m and k. How can I find the tension, T by using the time given?
