Using Stellarium Web, change your location to the town of Auvers-sur-Oise by pasting 49.070720, 2.169886 into the search box. Double check that the location says Auvers-sur-Oise, France then click on the "> Use this Location" button. It should now show AUVERS-SUR-OISE in the box at the lower left.
