You have been given the chance to spend a day with a famous person of your choosing. This person may be a character from a book, a movie, television or some other source. Why did you choose the person you did? Why is meeting with this person important to you?

Write a narrative about the time you spent with the famous person you have chosen.

Ryan Upchurch

For many years I have learned a lot of things about him, Upchurch music, and his crazy aspects of life. And If there was A day then I got a list of things to do with him. First things first or me this is a hard question for a part of me would like to sit down with Ryan in a boardroom and discuss humanitarian ideas and share my opinions with them.

A part of me would like to go back in time and talk with the only person I wanted an autograph from, Katie Noal  I would discuss her concepts in her songs, ask if I could get some pointers, and finally ask her to sing one of her songs.

But then again Ryan does not like her so it would only be fair to spend the day with him., she is amazing and I love her humor. And he is sharp and quick as a whip. My time with him would leave me busting a gut laughing so hard. It would be on my bucket list of things to do.

Now at this time, I would eat some chicken some good fried chicken with some mash potatoes his wife would have made. You know he is just a funny person he has a comedian personality, it would be a joyous time to spend with him. Then we would take a drive and he can show me where he grew up and some crazy memories or life lessons on the way.  And explain some of his songs to me like my favorite ¨Vinyl¨.

I would ask Ryan where he took his plots from and what his aspects are of  life and who inspired him along the way. Or to just do nothing and have almost forgotten how to think; for picturing in his mind, and for writing his songs for all of us to enjoy. A proud man who wanted to become invisible but the accomplished task did not bring him happiness and instead brought him Fame.

I would be especially interested in asking him about “Everlasting country¨. Who was that person or what were the events, which prompted him to create an image of severe, almost help of countless operations in the country and America. However, Upchurch and I would go very soon they forget everything they were taught and… over and over again. If I could spend the day with him I hope that we could go mudding and just enjoy him.

I am always interested in the way that how he writes his songs and express how he feels about America. Now I would love to help him write a song and I would call It ¨Country time love¨. After all that we would sit and enjoy the campfire and eat some Smores :) Or I would ask him when and how he preferred to write, whether his stories were long in the making etc.

And finally, the last question that I would ask Ryan Upchurch is to compare his time with the other singers and analyze if any of his most gloomy predictions have come true about how he see life. Of course, Upchurch will hardly consider the agenda, and modern achievement such high standards for people. After that long day with him, I would think of him for everything we had done for the day. Maybe he would understand how I feel about the way I see life and how he has changed the way I look at life. That he would develop and these events would happen some time so he was able to make a song putting it as me and his song. Cause that would be very exciting! I hope that maybe this day will come and I will get to remember that day and hope that I will get to see him again like go to a concert or just hang out for the day.Therefore If I spent a day with Ryan I would Eat some chicken go mudding and sit by the fire and enjoy some good music.

If I were given a chance to meet anybody who has ever lived and spend the whole day talking to that person, I would choose the French Queen Marie Antoinette. The reason for my choice is not her extraordinary talents or achievements; instead, I am interested in how an ordinary woman could have made it through the turmoil of the dark times for the French monarchy, a difficult marital relationship and never lose her sense of dignity.

I admire Marie Antoinette first of all for having endured the challenge of spending all or most of her time in public when she was still the wife of the French dauphine when she had to “on my rouge and wash my hands in front of the whole world” (Wikipedia, 2006). To a certain degree, each of us has to endure the challenge of being in public with one’s thoughts and feelings, and I would ask her how she was able to withstand this trial. I would also ask her how she managed to remain modest and nice to people surrounding her so that Jeanne Louise Henriette Campan in his memoirs remembered of her as “unwilling … to be reminded of her elevation” (Campan, 2004, p. 10).

I would want to see the person who, by will of chance, was lifted to the highest position a woman could command in Europe of those times, yet remained affable and pleasant to her subordinates and unwilling to impress herself on them and humiliate anybody at a time when it was all too common in the nobility.

If we had a chance to talk at length with Marie Antoinette, I would also ask her what she considers to be her mistakes at court and how she would have corrected them if given a chance. She surely had quite a few, but, after all, historian Simon Sebag Montefiore could have been right saying that Marie Antoinette was “a woman more sinned against than sinning” (Wikipedia, 2006). I am interested in learning what she thought of her life when it came to such a disastrous end as the execution in the French Revolution. Did she blame the crowd? Or was she reproaching herself for not having done more to protect her image in the eyes of the people? Marie Antoinette surely could not have averted the revolution that happened because of someone else’s sins, but she perhaps had a chance to appear less self-indulgent to the people.

This is one more thing I could address, as well as ask how she could demonstrate that outstanding courage when she stood on the balcony of the royal palace in Versailles at the point of many guns aimed at her, and how she could have been so strong at the time of the execution. I believe that her strength demonstrates what an ordinary woman can do in the face of danger and teaches us a lot about how one should never lose a human face when challenged in any way. A talk with Marie Antoinette could give me profound insights into the nature of people and reveal many interesting points.
