PLEASE HELP ITS DUE IN 5 MINUTES Try the aquatics exercises you learned in lesson 02.07 Aquatics. What was the most difficult part of completing the leg action of treading water or bicycling in the air? Why?

For bicycling it was getting over the fear of me hurting myself pretty bad, this is because the fear is all in your head (I don't know psychology but that's true).      

And for treading water it was that the leg movements took time to get used to, because they were strange and confusing to me.
