A woman (mass= 70.9 kg) jumps off of the ground, and comes back down to the ground at a velocity of -9.8 m/s.

If the woman lands completely stiff-legged, she will come to a stop in 0.009 s.

Find the magnitude of the force on the woman during this time she comes to a stop.

Hint: You will need to find the change in the woman's momentum before and after she lands, and set that equal to our impulse formula ( p = F*t) to find the average force during the impact
