A student is standing on a bridge which is 11 feet above the water, and a small boat passes underneath, travelling perpendicular to the bridge at a rate of 16 feet per second. At what rate is the distance between the student's feet and the rear of the boat (at the water level) changing, 2 seconds after the boat passes under the bridge?
