Another way to increase the acceleration of an object on a ramp is to pull on it using the force supplied by the weight of a second object. here we could modify the ramp set-up by attaching a second object (of mass latex: m_2m 2) to the original object (of mass latex: m_1m 1) with a rope, and this second object is placed over a pulley so that it can pull on the original object as it falls. (see illustration below.) assuming the rope and pulley are both light, and there is no friction between the original object and the ramp, what would be the magnitude of the acceleration of this system in terms of latex: m_1m 1, latex: m_2m 2, latex: gg, and latex: \thetaθ?
